On January 26 Igor Obolensky — writer and TV presenter — acquainted our guests with Kislovodsk through the lives of famous people who were attracted by the incredible beauty and climate of this region. The great Itinerant artist Nikolai Yaroshenko lived here at his «White Dacha». Fyodor Chaliapin and Leonid Sobinov performed on the stage of the Philharmonic Hall, the famous Kursaal. The prima of the imperial ballet Matilda Kshesinskaya went into forced emigration from Kislovodsk, and the famous dancer Isadora Duncan received a telegram from Sergei Yesenin about their separation also from that incredible place.
