Is it possible to stay with children?

We make sure that all guests can focus on detox and wellness. In our MediSpa-hotel, silence and maximum comfort are observed. Therefore, unfortunately, in order not to disturb either the other guests or the parents themselves, we only allow guests over 18 years old to check in.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, MAYRVEDA Kislovodsk cannot accommodate pets.

What are the rules for booking a MediSpa hotel?

According to the terms of the hotel, after confirming the reservation, within three days from the date of invoicing, you make a prepayment in the amount of 50% of the total amount. You can pay the rest of the payment at any time, but no later than the day of arrival.

What are the cancellation policies?

If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before arrival without good reason and do not confirm the cancellation with documents (call from work, sickness certificate, etc.), then a penalty in the amount of one night’s stay will be charged, the rest of the prepayment will be refunded.

I have allergies, can I choose individual meals?

Yes, of course, at the initial consultation with a general practitioner, you will be able to discuss a nutrition program according to your individual characteristics.

Is it possible to replace the procedure included in the program?

Yes, of course, after consultation with a general practitioner, it is possible to change the procedure, and the doctor will recommend the most suitable one for you due to medicine balance, therapy and spa.
