For the last few years, in the fall, I have been coming to CMV because I just fell in love with this region. Before that, I went to Austria to the Lanserhof clinic, based on the healthy nutrition system of Dr. Mayr.
I’ve also been to India in the state Kerala is the birthplace of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of life. And, of course, I was delighted with the new project MAYRVEDA, which combined these two directions and supplemented with CMV resources. Already in the very name of MAYRVEDA there is a meaning and a combination Mayr-Medicine and Ayurveda.
I spent a very busy week — proper nutrition, detox health path in a stunning park with an instructor, meditation, all kinds of procedures... and a personal assistant helped me not to get confused in the program (it is provided to each guest). Now it is especially important to maintain not only physical, but also mental health.
And I say «Namaste» which means — «The Divine in me welcomes and unites with the Divine in you.»
