How much I love Z0ZH and everything that is connected with it! And here I am again on recovery, this time with my mom, and in the beautiful MediSpa-hotel MAYRVEDA Kislovodsk 5*. Here, the Austrian method of Mayer medicine, the principles of the ancient Indian doctrine of life - Ayurveda, and the unique local natural resources of the Elbrus region are applied.
In the case of MAYRVEDA Kislovodsk, it is natural narzan from the spring, other mineral waters, as well as mud from Lake Tambukan, the Kislovodsk National Park and the unique mountain climate. My program is Classic 7. It is aimed at purification and recovery of the organism. It includes consultations with doctors, analyses, tests, baths, showers, various massages, wraps, lectures, master classes, group trainings. And what a wonderful spa: swimming pool, steam rooms... This is my favorite place and also a terrace where to sunbathe (I always run there). And how, being in the very center of Kislovodsk, not to walk in the national park and beautiful streets in flowers and fountains. The hotel has a small territory, but how many incredible, cozy places for relaxation and inside too! We haven’t even sat down everywhere yet, so much greenery! Everything and everywhere you want to take pictures. There is no limit to the gratitude!
