The dosha-based treatment is included in all MAYRVEDA programs: “Classic,” “Advanced,” and “Discovery.” During the initial consultation, an Ayurvedic specialist assesses the guest’s dosha balance and identifies contraindications and limitations to determine the most suitable wellness regimen. Based on the consultation, one of the following treatments will be prescribed: Padhabhyanga — a relaxing oil foot massage that promotes overall relaxation and tranquility; Abhyangom — a massage ritual with herbal oils, performed by two massage therapists using a four-hand technique; Siroabhyanga — a relaxing oil massage of the head and neck-collar area; Kizhi — a massage ritual using herbal pouches.
