Features of the procedure
The oils are selected on an individual basis during a consultation with an Ayurvedic specialist. The Ayurvedic mixture should be retained for as long as possible. Once they reach the intestines, the extracts cleanse and heal them. At the same time, beneficial substances are absorbed and enter the body. The composition of enemas can vary; in addition to herbal infusions and oils, they may also include milk and warm honey. To achieve greater effectiveness, enemas are administered in courses, alternating between oil and cleansing enemas.
