Features of the procedure
The Ayurvedic herbs used are cleaned, dried, and ground into a powder. The powder’s ingredients vary depending on the stage of the condition, the intensity of the pain, and the patient’s constitution. The ingredients of "Kizhi," herbal oils, and massage techniques are selected individually during the initial consultation. This massage induces increased sweating. This procedure helps eliminate toxins from the body and improves blood circulation. It helps with joint pain, sports injuries, and exhaustion. Kizhi has a beneficial effect on the musculoskeletal system and skin, helps eliminate cellulite, and cleanses and rejuvenates the skin.
