Features of the procedure
Oils and herbal blends are selected individually during a consultation with an Ayurvedic specialist. This is an intensive cleansing treatment that includes oil massages of the head and neck area. After the massages, the face and chest are steamed using aromatic herbs, special oils made from aromatic herbs are administered to the nasopharyngeal region, and warm, moist compresses are applied, followed by gargling.

Preparing for the procedure

Duration of the procedure: The procedure lasts 60 minutes.

Preparation for the procedure: Before the procedure begins, the prakriti (body constitution) and vikriti (current state of the doshas) are determined. The procedure is performed on an empty stomach.

Recovery after the procedure: After the procedure, discharge from the nose and throat may continue for some time until the area is completely clear. It is recommended that you rest for 10–15 minutes after the procedure. Do not go out into the cold immediately.
