An initial consultation with an Ayurvedic specialist allows us to assess the guest’s physical and emotional well-being, identify the underlying causes of any health issues, and develop a comprehensive, personalized wellness and prevention program.

The consultation includes a traditional Ayurvedic examination—a medical history review, physical examination, palpation, and pulse diagnosis—as well as the “VedaPulse” pulse diagnosis system. The examination data allow us to identify the first signs of imbalances and their root causes long before disease symptoms appear, and to determine the “subtle” energetic causes of conditions that have already manifested on the physical level, with the aim of subsequently addressing them.

A personalized wellness plan is created for each guest based on Vikriti—the current balance of the doshas in the body and mind. The programs consist of a balanced combination of consultations, diagnostic techniques, and treatments. To focus on individual wellness goals, an Ayurvedic specialist conducts check-ups and designs specialized modules. By determining the constitution type according to Ayurvedic principles, the specialist makes a diagnosis and prescribes treatment. The treatment includes recommendations on diet and lifestyle, a course of Ayurvedic herbal remedies, and Ayurvedic procedures that will restore not only your physical health but also your emotional and mental well-being.
